Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a commercial fit out and refurbishment project in Birmingham. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live commercial project, managing trades, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and keeping works running to programme and budget. This project involves refurbishment works within a heritage building, so previous heritage and listed building experience is essential.
