We are seeking a dedicated VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift driver to start in Hillington. In this role, you will operate specialized VNA forklifts to efficiently handle materials, load and unload shipments, and organize inventory within tight storage aisles. Your expertise will ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, warehouse experience, and a commitment to safety and precision.
Responsibilities
- Operate VNA forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload shipments with accuracy, ensuring proper placement and handling
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records
- Perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to maintain optimal forklift performance
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing goods
- Support warehouse organization by stacking, storing, and retrieving materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow efficiency
