We are hiring for our new Birmingham branch, and we’re looking for a Resourcer to join our small, high-performing team in an extremely fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our candidate operations, supporting recruitment across the Industrial, Logistics, and Commercial sectors, making previous experience essential as you’ll be interviewing candidates from day 1.

  • Writing and posting engaging job ads for both temporary and permanent roles
  • Managing timesheets and ensuring accurate weekly submissions
  • Negotiating rates with candidates and placing them into suitable roles
  • Handling compliance checks, including Right to Work documentation
  • Registering candidates and updating our internal CRM/database
  • Using multiple platforms including job boards, social media, and WhatsApp group chats
  • Calling from an existing database of operatives using a structured call list
