Dartford (Crayford area)\\n£12.21 p/hr to £14.21p/hr DOE\\nMonday to Friday – 40 hours per week Occasional Overtime\\nTemporary role | Immediate start\\nApex Resources are recruiting a Powder Coaters & Paint Preppers to join a busy manufacturing company in the Crayford area.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n * Preparation of parts for powder coating and wet spray\\n * Surface prep and masking of unpainted areas\\n * Hanging parts efficiently, setting up spray guns and applying powder coat evenly using electrostatic equipment\\n * Managing colour changes during the process\\n * Loading coated items into ovens and baking at specified temperatures and times\\n * Inspecting finished products for consistent thickness, coverage and defects; performing first-piece and in-process checks\\n * Setting up, cleaning and performing basic maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters and ovens\\n * Following the companies powder coating preparation process\\n * Maintaining a clean, tidy work area\\n * Good timekeeping and reliability\\nThe Ideal Candidate:\\n * Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work\\n * Can follow processes and instructions accurately\\n * Reliable with a strong work ethic\\nTo apply or for more information, please contact Tom Apex Resources today
