They’re seeking an Operations Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. Our client provides technology‑enabled healthcare services that combine in‑home nursing care, virtual consultations, and medication support.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading teams, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to strategic planning, while demonstrating competence through workplace-based assessments and building a portfolio of evidence. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop advanced leadership, organisational, and technical skills within a practical, work-based learning environment.
Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of a designated portfolio of branches, ensuring effective service delivery and consistent standards across the region.
- Drive delivery of organisational objectives across growth, quality, and people, achieving agreed quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of compliance and quality initiatives, ensuring all services meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Quality, and Learning & Development, to implement best practices and support workforce capability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and the experience of both service users and employees.
- Monitor performance, provide leadership to branch teams, and take proactive action to address risks or areas for improvement.
- NVQ/SVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience in a similar role within Domiciliary Care.
- Proven leadership and management experience across multiple sites or services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the care sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational performance effectively.
