Due to continued expansion across England, our client is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service locations and operational teams across the region. The organisation delivers innovative, technology-enabled healthcare services, combining in-home nursing care, virtual consultations and medication support to improve patient outcomes and accessibility.

As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance, compliance and growth of multiple service locations across England.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of multiple sites across England, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance standards.
- Lead and support regional management teams, providing guidance, coaching and performance management.
- Drive organisational objectives across service quality, operational efficiency, growth and employee engagement.
- Ensure all locations operate in line with CQC regulations, internal policies and industry best practice.
- Work closely with Compliance, Quality and Learning & Development teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, operational performance and financial targets across the region, taking proactive action where required.
- Manage regional budgets, resources and workforce planning to maximise operational effectiveness.
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager position within the healthcare or domiciliary care sector.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance, improve quality standards and lead successful operational change.
- Experience managing budgets, resources and operational performance metrics.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly across England.
