As part of their continued growth strategy, our client is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead a large-scale domiciliary care operation across Kent, overseeing a portfolio of 25+ branches.
As Regional Director, you will hold full operational accountability for service performance, quality, compliance and growth across the region. Working closely with executive leadership, you will shape regional strategy while ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding care and operational excellence across all branches.
Key Responsibilities of the Regional Director- Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of 20–30 domiciliary care branches within Kent.
- Drive performance across all services, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and commercial success.
- Lead, develop and inspire a senior management team, fostering a high-performance and values-driven culture.
- Ensure all services operate in line with CQC regulations, governance frameworks and best practice standards.
- Take full ownership of regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
- Deliver continuous improvement across service quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Oversee the mobilisation, integration and scaling of new branches as part of ongoing expansion.
- Monitor and act on KPIs, ensuring proactive intervention and consistent performance delivery.
- NVQ/SVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Significant senior leadership experience within domiciliary care, ideally at Regional Director or Head of Operations level.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site operations (25+ locations).
- Demonstrated success in leading operational growth, transformation and performance improvement.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across Kent and surrounding areas.
