Apex Resources Ltd is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial division in our London Bridge office. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter who thrives in a sales-focused environment and wants full ownership of their desk while working alongside our experienced team with over 15 years in the sector. This is a 360-recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys both winning new business and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client site visits
- Manage and grow your own client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to placements
