Apex Resources is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our growing Industrial Division based at our London Bridge office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships.
The successful candidate will oversee existing client accounts while supporting the recruitment and management of temporary workers across warehouse, production, and facilities management sectors. You will work closely with a high-profile retail client, ensuring staffing levels and operational requirements are consistently met.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent service levels across our client base while ensuring temporary staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing existing client accounts
- Visiting client sites on a weekly basis
- Resourcing candidates for ongoing temporary assignments
- Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards
- Screening, pre-qualifying, and interviewing candidates
- Managing candidate availability and bookings
- Building strong working relationships with clients and workers
- Supporting daily operational recruitment activities
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks efficiently
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and account delivery
The role is fully office-based in London Bridge, with regular travel to client sites, particularly within the Chessington area.
