- Overseeing all manufacturing and production processes

- Planning and managing rota to fulfil production demands
- Continuously monitoring production quality, costs, progress and onsite management on a daily basis
- Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Working closely with senior management and other heads of departments to improve production efficiency, requirements, timelines and costs
