Junior RPA Developer

About the Role

Two brand-new Junior RPA Developer roles, fully remote across the UK, working on real-world automation projects using leading tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and Pega. You will start by configuring and supporting business applications, then progress into hands-on development work as your skills grow. This is ideal for someone early in their career who wants structured progression, mentoring and commercial experience in an automation-focused environment.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Configuring, testing and supporting business applications and automation workflows
• Working with senior developers to build and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or Pega
• Translating simple business requirements into technical tasks under guidance
• Troubleshooting issues, raising bugs and helping improve existing processes
• Documenting changes, configurations and basic technical steps clearly
• Gradually taking on more development responsibility as your skills and confidence increase

What You\’ll Bring

• At least one relevant certification in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or Pega (e.g. Blue Prism Associate/Developer, Pega CSA, Automation Anywhere RPA Associate)
• Some exposure to software development, scripting or configuration (e.g. through a course, bootcamp, project or previous role)
• Genuine interest in automation, process improvement and building things that remove repetitive work
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote team
• Valid right to work in the UK – candidates on a suitable UK visa are welcome to apply

Offer & Contract

• Salary: £35,000 FTE, pro rata for the 6 months fixed-term contract
• Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) 6 months
• Location: Fully remote within the UK
• Progression: Clear pathway from configuration-focused work into full RPA/developer responsibilities
