Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel Location: Watford Pay: £15.21 per hour Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, on a rotating schedule We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to join a hotel team in Watford. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the housekeeping team Allocate daily cleaning duties and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard Check guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages Train and support housekeeping staff when required Deal with any housekeeping issues promptly and professionally Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Requirements Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a hotel environment Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred Excellent attention to detail Good communication and organisational skills Reliable, responsible and able to work independently Flexible to work 5 days out of 7 on a rotating basis Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment Rate: £15.21 per hour If you are an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor looking for a new opportunity in Watford, we would love to hear from you.
