We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a residential house build project in Glasgow. You’ll work alongside the Site Manager to ensure the project progresses on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day site operations and supervision of trades and subcontractors.
- Monitor health & safety compliance on site.
- Support scheduling, material orders, and deliveries.
- Ensure quality control and site cleanliness.
- Liaise with suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Report progress to the Site Manager and help resolve any site issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar role.
- Residential construction experience preferred.
- Valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
