They’re seeking an Operations Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. Our client provides technology-enabled healthcare services that combine in-home nursing care, virtual consultations, and medication support.

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading teams, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to strategic planning, while demonstrating competence through workplace-based assessments and building a portfolio of evidence.

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of a designated portfolio of branches, ensuring effective service delivery and consistent standards across the region.
  • Drive delivery of organisational objectives across growth, quality, and people, achieving agreed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of compliance and quality initiatives, ensuring all services meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Quality, and Learning & Development, to implement best practices and support workforce capability.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and the experience of both service users and employees.
  • Monitor performance, provide leadership to branch teams, and take proactive action to address risks or areas for improvement.
