Apex Resources are looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to work for a Hertfordshire based client and cover London sites.
Roles and requirements of a contract manager include:
- Running two contracts, normally one large and one small.
- Reading and understanding the specification for the electrical requirements for their allocated jobs/sites.
- Attending site once or twice a week for site meetings, with the remaining days in the office.
- Liaising with the client-based site team in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing labour levels and materials.
- Basic IT skills essential, including the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, a-site, BIM360, and Autodesk CAD 3D modelling.
- Previous experience in running contracts from £1 million to £5 million is essential.
