Driver’s Mate – Keg Deliveries – £14.91 p/h – Immediate Start – Glasgow – Monday to Friday Dayshift Location: Glasgow, Central Belt Scotland About the Role Apex Resources is recruiting Driver’s Mates to join a busy drinks distribution operation in Glasgow. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday dayshift position, working alongside a Class 2 HGV Driver to deliver beer kegs and palletised drinks to pubs, bars, hotels, and licensed premises across Scotland. You’ll assist with loading, unloading, and ensuring each multi-drop delivery is carried out safely and efficiently. Pay Rate: £14.91 per hour – weekly pay Key Responsibilities: • Assist the driver with multi-drop keg deliveries throughout Scotland • Safely load and unload beer kegs and palletised goods using correct manual handling techniques • Ensure all deliveries are completed to a high standard of customer service • Help secure loads and carry out delivery checks • Complete and check delivery paperwork • Communicate effectively with customers and the transport team Requirements: • Previous Driver’s Mate or delivery assistant experience preferred but not essential • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of kegs • Good communication and time management skills • Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction What’s on Offer: • £14.91 per hour – paid weekly • Monday to Friday – dayshift (no weekends) • Immediate start available • Ongoing work with the potential for permanent opportunities • Supportive and friendly transport team Apply Today If you’re looking for a physical, fast-paced role as a Driver’s Mate in the drinks industry, we want to hear from you
