We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of leading food and beverage manufacturers based in Dartford. These established organisations operate within the UK’s food manufacturing sector and supply products to major retailers, hospitality businesses and distributors nationwide.
The Role
- Working on food production and packing lines
- Packing finished goods ready for distribution
- Operating basic production or packaging machinery
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are maintained
- Labelling, stacking and palletising products for dispatch
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the production area
- Following strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Full training will be provided where required.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods and manual handling duties
