Apex have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator for a position in West Lothian. Positon is temporary initially with potential to become permanent after succesful trial period. Duties will include: * Booking in gas & electrical repairs via phone calls to tenants. * Uploading servicing & mutual exchange safety certificates to Clients * Allocating monthly servicing / sending letters & running daily mail merges for compliance appointment letters. * Chasing up parts for gas & electric repair with operatives, rebooking follow in works. * Updating smoke alarms spreadsheet with all jobs for replacement alarms to be ordered. * Requesting target date extension where non standard items can be sourced off the shelf. * Manually updating completion notes for gas & elec retro jobs. * Answering calls for reactive & compliance queries. * Covering all planners contracts for annual leave cover. * Allocating emergencies for gas & electric repairs. * Rescheduling works to accommodate for emergencies etc Position will be office based to begin with with hours being 08:30 till 17:00 Mon to Fri
