Job Title: Class 1 Driver (C+E)

Location: Cumbernauld

Shift: Various Shifts Available

Salary: £17 – £20 per hour

Apex Resources Limited are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Cumbernauld. This is a great opportunity for professional drivers looking for ongoing work with a well-established and busy operation.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing scheduled deliveries and collections while ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle for deliveries and collections
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Ensuring delivery paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
• Adhering to all driving regulations, tachograph rules and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional and reliable approach at all times

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
• Reliable with strong time management skills
