Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with ambition and confidence to win new business, to join our Trades & Labour team at our busy London Bridge office.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a driven individual who wants to capitalise on one of the most profitable recruitment markets in the UK. You will work a 360-recruitment desk, manage the full recruitment process while developing and growing your own client base. With strong demand, existing candidate database, and an uncapped commission structure, this is a genuine opportunity to significantly increase your earnings from year one.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive business development and networking
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to fully understand their recruitment needs
- Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement
- Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to client requirements
- Negotiating pay rates, fees, and contractual terms with clients and candidates
- Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates at all times

- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and career-focused
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
