Apex Resources is seeking an Industrial Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our London desk. You will take ownership of an established Industrial recruitment desk, expand existing client relationships, and win new business across Warehousing, Production, and Manufacturing sectors.
We offer a strong earnings structure with a base salary in the £38k–£50k range, uncapped commissions up to 25%, and annual profit share, with full UK market access and comprehensive support to scale the team and desk.
