As part of their continued growth strategy, our client is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead a large-scale domiciliary care operation across Kent, overseeing a portfolio of 25+ branches. As Regional Director, you will hold full operational accountability for service performance, quality, compliance and growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Director:

  • Drive performance across all services, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and commercial success.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a senior management team, fostering a high-performance and values-driven culture.
  • Ensure all services operate in line with CQC regulations, governance frameworks and best practice standards.
  • Take full ownership of regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
  • Deliver continuous improvement across service quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and act on KPIs, ensuring proactive intervention and consistent performance delivery.

Requirements of the Regional Director:

  • Significant senior leadership experience within domiciliary care, ideally at Regional Director or Head of Operations level.
  • Demonstrated success in leading operational growth, transformation and performance improvement.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across Kent and surrounding areas.
