- Days: £15.71 per hour
- Early and Late shifts: £17.44 per hour
Shifts:
- Days: 06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday
- Rotating weekly: 06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday, and 14.00-22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday (20-minute break)

Our client is a leading international manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Inspector to support consistently high product quality and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspectors:
- Perform product audits to ensure products leaving the factory meet defined quality standards.
- Monitor the frequency and accuracy of build quality.
- Work alongside Quality Technicians and Production teams to report, monitor and address repeat failures.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO/BSI requirements.
- Carry out scheduled goods-inwards inspections on supplier components to confirm quality and compliance.
- Assist with investigations into emerging quality concerns identified on the shop floor and in the field.
- Use root cause analysis tools to support the identification of problems and appropriate solutions.
- Support Quality Technicians with quality investigations, including the implementation and monitoring of containment activities and corrective actions.
- Support the training of operators in quality procedures and inspection techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement activities as part of the wider Quality team.
- Liaise with Laboratory, Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams to understand and capture future changes to legislation and requirements.

- This position requires a practical, quality-focused individual who can combine inspection activities with structured problem-solving and effective communication.
- Previous knowledge and experience of auditing against defined procedures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to interpret, analyse and communicate data effectively.
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to support quality investigations and work collaboratively across manufacturing functions.
