The Lead Quality Engineer – Quality Management Systems (QMS) will take ownership of the plant quality management system, ensuring the implementation, sustainability and effectiveness of core quality, environmental and health and safety standards. This role also supports audit coordination, problem-solving activities, reporting, training and continuous improvement across the plant.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the plant quality management system and maintain its ongoing effectiveness.
- Support implementation and sustainability of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements.
- Create, maintain, update and track central and internal directives, regulations, instructions and controlled documents.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Facilitate problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
