Temporary ongoing assignment in Leamington Spa. We are seeking Production Operatives to join a leading international manufacturing company.
If you are a Production Operative with experience in any of the following skillsets, we would love to hear from you:
- CNC Machinist
- Press Shop Operator - Forming and bending experience
- Robot Welders
- Paint Shop Operative
- Turret (Press) Machinist
Pay rate for Production Operatives:
- Days: GBP 14.43 per hour
- Shifts: GBP 15.89 per hour
- Nights: GBP 17.73 per hour
Shifts: 39 hours per week + Overtime.
Days: 07.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs and 07.00-12.00 on Friday (30-minute break)
Shifts: Rotating fortnightly:
- 06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday
- 14.00-22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday
- Lates: 14.00-22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday (39hrs) (20 minutes lunch break)
- Nights: Monday to Thursday 22.00pm to 6.00am and Friday 20.00pm to 3.00am
You will ideally have previous production experience in a manufacturing organisation.
