About the Role – Development Trimmer
As a Development Trimmer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping custom interior trim for one-of-a-kind automotive builds. Working with premium materials such as leather, you'll combine traditional craftsmanship, pattern making and machine sewing with modern techniques to deliver exceptional quality — where every stitch matters.
- Pattern creation, development and precision cutting of high-end materials.
- Machine sewing and hand stitching.
- Previous experience as a Development Trimmer in automotive or high-end upholstery.
- Confidence with pattern making, machine sewing, and hand stitching.
- A perfectionist's mindset – quality always comes before speed.
Hours: Mon–Thu 7:00–16:30, Fri 7:00–12:45 + optional weekday & Saturday overtime.
