Role & Responsibilities
- Drive adherence to defined testing processes to support consistent delivery across programmes
- Oversee software and systems testing activities in line with programme timing and quality expectations
- Track and report testing performance using KPI dashboards and agreed metrics
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and defects, implementing improvements to optimise testing workflows
- Act as a key interface between development, integration, and test engineering teams
