The Project Manager β CEX Unity will support the successful delivery of a complex customer experience transformation programme, coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure alignment, governance, and timely delivery across the CEX Unity initiative.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery plan for CEX Unity, ensuring milestones are achieved across system integration, organisation design, process mapping, change management, and communications activities.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager to coordinate activities across Business Analysts, Change Analysts, Organisation Design teams, People Partners, and CEX project leads.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across CEX teams and with Regional, Market, Commercial, and Enterprise stakeholders.
- Track, manage, and report risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Support the establishment, preparation, and running of programme governance meetings.
- Create and maintain project artefacts including project charters, project plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards in line with best practice.
- Support planning and preparation for phased implementations, transitions, and go-live activities.
- Ensure ongoing alignment across all CEX Unity workstreams.
Requirements Of The Role
- Proven experience in project management within transformation or system integration programmes.
- Strong delivery focus.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience or familiarity with organisation design, change management, and customer experience strategy.
- Proficiency with project delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional sessions.
