About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. You will manage customer inquiries related to the order-to-cash process and reverse logistics, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will help streamline operations and provide proactive solutions, contributing directly to a seamless customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative:
- Order Processing & Compliance: Accurately process and load customer orders in line with legal and internal compliance requirements. Act as the primary contact for shipment, packing, and reverse logistics queries.
- Reverse Logistics Coordination: Manage returns, warranty claims, stock cleanses, and quality-related issues. Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
- Customer Reporting & Documentation: Produce customer reports using internal systems. Raise credit and debit notes in line with financial and legal guidelines.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal sales teams. Ensure all queries are resolved within agreed timelines and company policies.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management. Strong telephone and call-handling skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
