What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer role, shaping how these vehicles come to life — from process development for new model launches, to refining how the existing range is built, you’ll drive improvements in Project Management, Safety, Quality, Cost Management and Product Delivery.

Expect to get involved in:

  • Creating build timing plans and manpower support
  • Design Reviews
  • Process Instruction
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Line Balancing
  • MBOM Management & Part allocation
  • Assembly sequencing, Process & Procedure Documentation, and Product Traceability methodology
  • MES System – Vehicle Build & Control

You won’t be handed a rulebook. You’ll help write it.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives on detail, thinks laterally, and approaches each challenge with clarity and calm. You\’ll need around 2 years\’ experience in a similar role, and ideally exposure to:

  • Low-volume or specialist vehicle builds
  • Complex vehicle systems and assembly processes
  • Safe working practice implementation
  • Assembly tooling or equipment procurement
  • Fast-paced environments where quality comes first
  • A flexible approach to travel within the UK may be needed on occasion.
