We’re looking for a HR Advisor to join a friendly team on a Permanent basis, based near Daventry! Are you an Aspiring HR Specialist looking to develop your skills in a HR Advisor position? Have you recently gained or are studying towards your Level 5 CIPD? Do you have a genuine interest in HR in a fast‑paced business? - Working towards or recently gained CIPD Level 5
- 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Advisory or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

Your duties as the HR Advisor:
- HR Support – Advise employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Employee Relations – Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, escalating when necessary to maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Manager Support – Assist the HR Manager with handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Performance Support – Help managers coordinate performance reviews and development processes.
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Training & Development – Support the Learning & Development team in organising training programs.
- Policy & Compliance – Help implement HR policies and stay updated on employment laws to ensure compliance.
- HR Records & Data – Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system regularly.
- Document Preparation – Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR paperwork.
- Employee Support – Assist employees with managing personal data and resolving benefit‑related inquiries.
- General Administration – Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Working hours – Enjoy a day shift! Monday to Thursday.
