Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking to work on high‑value, precision‑engineered components?

Join an innovative manufacturing business supplying the automotive, aerospace, defence and medical sectors, where you'll programme complex components from concept through to production using the latest machining technology.

What you'll be doing

  • Programme and optimise CNC machining using Fusion 360
  • Programme and operate 3 & 5-axis Haas milling machines
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data and GD&T
  • Select tooling, cutting parameters and fixturing
  • Support machine set‑up and first‑off production
  • Test, validate and improve CNC programmes
  • Carry out first‑part inspections
  • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
  • Work closely with engineers and machinists to improve manufacturing processes
  • Maintain programme revisions, tooling lists and set‑up documentation
  • Support RFQs and machining cost estimates
  • Ensure quality, production and health & safety standards are met

We're looking for

  • Experience CNC Programming (offline)
  • Fusion 360 (or similar CAD/CAM software)
  • 3 & 5-axis CNC milling machining experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience within precision engineering or advanced manufacturing
