Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a professional and efficient service throughout.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Greet customers professionally, understand their requirements, and ensure all vehicle concerns are accurately recorded and communicated.
