Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: A£28,000 per annum, increasing to A£31,600 per annum after a successful probationary period

Hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends

The Automotive Fitter will be responsible for the assembly and sub‑assembly of bespoke vehicle interiors, ensuring all components are fitted to a high standard. Working across multiple build stages, the Fitter will focus on precision assembly, quality finishes, and supporting the overall build process.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install interior units, fixtures, and fittings to specification
  • Carry out sub‑assembly of components before final vehicle installation
  • Work from build instructions and technical drawings to complete assemblies accurately
  • Inspect assembled components and interiors to ensure quality and fitment standards
  • Carry out adjustments, refinements, and finishing tasks as required
  • Support the build process across multiple stages of vehicle production
  • Conduct detailed checks of completed assemblies before final installation
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment and ensure tools are kept in good condition
