About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and practical technical training across diagnostics, EV and hybrid systems, ADAS, emissions, electronics, and chassis technologies.
- Support technicians, customers, and internal teams by translating complex technical concepts into clear and accessible learning experiences.
- Support curriculum development, improve course materials, and ensure training content remains aligned with current legislation, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with technical teams and customers to maintain high training standards while supporting operational excellence and customer engagement activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training across diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics, emissions, and chassis technologies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging training content.
- Adapt training delivery methods to suit varying levels of technical ability.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of course materials and practical exercises.
- Ensure training content aligns with industry standards, legislation, and product developments.
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance data.
- Gather delegate feedback to support continuous course improvements.
- Support technical demonstrations, events, and customer engagement activities.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering technical training within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
