The successful Paint Technician will support the preparation, painting, polishing, and finishing of specialist components including plastic and carbon fibre. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Surface preparation of plastic and carbon fibre components
  • Carry out primer, base coat and lacquer application
  • Complete polishing and finishing activities to high cosmetic standards
  • Inspect painted components to ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Support production requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards within the paint area
