Job Opportunity:Children's Mental Health Support WorkerAre you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children? We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team working within a residential setting.
Position: Support Worker
Location: Ipswich
Responsibilities:
Providing person-centered care and support for Children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health conditions, to be confident in working alone in a both rewarding but sometimes challenging environment working with females aged between 11-17.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children's services and challenging behaviour.- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards providing support – Strong communication and teamwork skills- Must be a female aged over 21 (ideally over 25)
