We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support clients across West Sussex. This role is ideal for caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are flexible with shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting residents with mobility, nutrition, and hydration
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition
- Supporting nursing staff with care delivery
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
- Following care plans and health & safety procedures
- Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant
- Valid Enhanced DBS
- Mandatory training up to date
- Good communication and teamwork skills
