About the Role: You will be working closely with an individual who requires 1:1 care in their own home, supporting their physical and emotional well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone\’s life by promoting dignity, independence, and comfort. Key Responsibilities: * Providing tracheostomy care and suctioning, in line with clinical protocols * Monitoring respiratory function and identifying signs of distress * Personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting * Medication administration and PEG feeding (if applicable) * Supporting mobility and repositioning to prevent pressure areas * Emotional support and companionship * Accurate record keeping and communication with the wider healthcare team Requirements: * Proven experience with tracheostomy care (clinical competency required) * Relevant care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care) * Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) * Flexibility with shifts and a commitment to continuity of care Requires drivers license and own car No Sponsorships
