Complex Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities: * Administering PEG feeds and associated care (experience essential) * Supporting with medication as per care plan * Assisting with personal care routines * Monitoring health and wellbeing, escalating concerns when needed * Promoting a calm, positive environment and supporting her to engage in activities she enjoys * Working closely with family members and the wider multidisciplinary team * Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding protocols Requirements: * Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs, specifically PEG feeding * Up-to-date training in moving & handling, medication administration, infection control, safeguarding * A calm, patient, and respectful manner * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Enhanced DBS check This position is for half term time only- (Apply online only) NO SPONSORSHIPS GIVEN
