What Youβll Be Doing: * Providing overnight supervision and emotional support to young people aged 13β18. * Supporting with bedtime routines, night-time checks, and responding to any incidents calmly and appropriately. * Helping maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in line with care plans and behavioural strategies. * Logging observations and contributing to handovers for daytime staff. * Working closely with other night staff and on-call support to ensure consistency and safety. What Weβre Looking For: * Experience working with young people or individuals with behavioural or emotional needs (care, education, youth work, or similar settings). * Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour in a trauma-informed, non-confrontational way. * Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or already on the update service). * Flexibility and reliability for night shift patterns, including weekends
