As a Vehicle Breakdown Recovery Controller Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle recovery services. You\’ll be the backbone of our team, coordinating breakdown responses and managing recovery logistics with precision and enthusiasm. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will empower you to assist in vehicle maintenance and ensure that our recovery operations run seamlessly.
What you\’ll do
- Coordinate breakdown recovery operations, ensuring timely responses to incidents.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues and provide effective solutions.
- Manage communication between drivers, recovery teams, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all breakdown incidents and recovery actions taken.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Basic qualifications
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and customers.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Previous experience as a controller
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive or recovery industry.
- Familiarity with vehicle recovery procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Preferred knowledge of Apex RMS operating systems
