You\’ll be the backbone of our team, coordinating breakdown responses and managing recovery logistics with precision and enthusiasm. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will empower you to assist in vehicle maintenance and ensure that our recovery operations run seamlessly.

What you\’ll do

• Coordinate breakdown recovery operations, ensuring timely responses to incidents.
• Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues and provide effective solutions.
• Manage communication between drivers, recovery teams, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all breakdown incidents and recovery actions taken.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Basic qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and customers.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Previous experience as a controller

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive or recovery industry.
• Familiarity with vehicle recovery procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Preferred knowledge of Apex RMS operating systems

Pay: £27,472.50-£55,684.63 per year
