We’re a UK-based company operating in the radio communications and Shopwatch sector, supporting retailers and local communities through effective communication and crime prevention solutions. We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our Shopwatch Development Manager. This is a varied role combining outbound telephone work with administrative and organisational support. What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote Shopwatch schemes and radio communication services
- Supporting renewals, re-engagement activities, and new customer introductions
- Qualifying leads and booking follow-up appointments for the Development Manager
- Maintaining accurate customer and scheme records using CRM systems
- Assisting with onboarding new Shopwatch members
- Preparing customer documentation, reports, and sales support materials
- Managing follow-ups, diaries, and general administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal teams to support smooth customer delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, telesales, or customer contact roles
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
