We are now looking for an Industrial Welder / Fabricator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 25.5 hours across three days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industrial or factory welder with MIG and/or TIG welding skills and steel working experience to join our well-established and respected manufacturing business. You'll have the chance to work with industry-leading, state-of-the-art equipment that enables you to showcase your expertise, perfect your craft and consistently produce work you can be proud of. The Role

As an Industrial Welder / Fabricator, you will manufacture and assemble high-quality components for our range of engineered products. Specifically, you will carry out MIG and TIG welding, fabrication and assembly activities, preparing and fitting components, interpreting engineering drawings and producing high-quality welds using a range of materials, including mild steel and stainless steel. You will inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, carry out finishing operations and basic manual machining where required, and use a range of workshop tools and equipment to support efficient production.

  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment

  • Work closely with the production team to meet quality and delivery targets

About You

To be considered as an Industrial Welder / Fabricator, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a general industrial or factory welding role
  • Experience working with mild steel and/or stainless steel
  • Good practical MIG and/or TIG welding skills
  • The ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings
  • A flexible approach with a willingness to support different areas of production
  • A strong commitment to safe working practices and maintaining an organised workplace
