Outline of the role:

  • Handling receivership appointments from banks and bridging lenders
  • Dealing with the sale of properties via agents and auction houses, including liaising with solicitors and other professionals
  • Inspecting properties
  • Reporting to and advising clients regularly
  • Managing a varied case load, including rent collection
  • Overseeing maintenance of properties via third-party contractors ensuring that works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard
  • Liaising with the accounts team and team administrator on the case accounts

The ideal person will have the following:

  • RICS qualification
  • Receivership experience is essential
