As part of its continued growth strategy, the firm is seeking an experienced Head of Valuation to lead and develop its secured lending valuation team from its offices in the City of London.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious valuation professional to take ownership of an established service line while playing a key role in shaping its future growth. The successful candidate will lead a small team of valuers, oversee a varied portfolio of secured lending instructions, and work closely with the partners to expand the department and strengthen key lender relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the firm's valuation department
- Delivering high-quality secured lending valuations across commercial and mixed-use property sectors
- Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, lenders and other key stakeholders
- Supporting the recruitment, mentoring and development of team members
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the strategic growth of the valuation practice
- Ensuring compliance with RICS standards and professional best practice
