We are retained by a National firm who have been growing by means of M&A activity across the UK and are well positioned to continue to grow in this now opportunistic market
They have an established team based in East Yorkshire and due to succession planning are now seeking s new Head of Professional
There will be a workload to inherit which mainly consists of secured lending valuations across retail, office, industrial, residential and healthcare markets. There will also be some lease advisory and other general consultancy work for a mixture of high street lenders, challenger banks, corporates, HNWI\’s, and some large estates.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional surveyor to take a leadership role with a great team, and help them grow their market share by promoting the company and initiating business development activities.
