Valuation Surveyor – Associate / Senior Associate / Divisional Director
£70,000 - £100,000 + benefits
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Office)

Our client is expanding their specialist Valuation team and are seeking an experienced MRICS Registered Valuer to join us at Associate, Senior Associate or Divisional Director level. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive, fast‑growing practice.
In this role, you will undertake Red Book–compliant secured lending valuations across both commercial and residential assets. You’ll be familiar with the London and South East property markets, ideally with hands‑on experience in Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex or Kent.
With a minimum of 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience dedicated to valuation work, you’ll bring strong technical expertise and the confidence to manage a varied caseload—our average valuation fee is circa £2,000.
They offer genuine flexibility, with hybrid and remote working supported by full administrative assistance and efficient workflows using Valos.
