We are seeking an experienced MRICS‑qualified Trading Valuation Surveyor to join our growing specialist valuation team. This role is ideal for a surveyor with a strong background in trading and operational valuations, looking to work on a diverse portfolio of purpose‑built, income‑generating assets.
In this position, you will carry out high‑quality valuations of operational businesses—such as healthcare, hospitality, leisure, education, and other trading‑based properties—delivering clear, evidence‑based reports for a range of clients including lenders, investors and operators. Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational performance drives value are essential.
You will ideally already have experience assessing EBITDA, operational KPIs and sector‑specific trading characteristics to produce robust valuations. Confidence in client management, report writing and meeting tight deadlines will also be key to success in this role.
