Residential Valuation Surveyors – England & Wales - All Locations! Employed | Zero Hours | Consultant Opportunities

Our client is expanding their residential valuation team and are seeking RICS Registered Valuers to cover locations across England and Wales. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established and forward‑thinking practice offering genuine flexibility, a broad instruction base, and a supportive professional environment.

The Role

Depending on your preference and experience, your workload will consist of either valuation‑only instructions or a mixed caseload of valuations and surveys. Instructions are varied and engaging, with work received from a wide range of clients including:

  • High‑street and specialist lenders
  • Local authorities
  • Corporate and private clients

We welcome applications from surveyors seeking employed, zero‑hours, or consultant arrangements, allowing you to tailor your role around your lifestyle and career goals.
